Our services are carried out by vetted, insured, employed workers and self-employed contractors engaged by All In Hand Property Services Ltd. All work is coordinated centrally through one point of contact, with consistent standards of quality and communication across our team.
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. Where we can assist, we will provide a written quotation or service confirmation. Our engagement begins only once you have accepted the quotation and, where applicable, paid any required deposit.
Final pricing and scope will be confirmed in writing before any work begins, in line with our commitment to clear and accurate pricing under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your individual quotation or service confirmation. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Where a cancellation charge applies, this will be clearly stated in your quotation before you book.

Where clearance services are provided, waste and unwanted items will be disposed of through licensed, compliant routes in line with our duty of care under waste management regulations, including WEEE requirements for white goods and electrical items. By booking a clearance service, you confirm you have the right to dispose of the items collected.
